Pick-Up at Store
- Upon checkout, select “Pick-Up at Store” on the shipping options.
- Select the branch where you want to pick-up your item.
- You can opt to pay via PayPal, DragonPay or upon claiming the item at the store.
- Fill-up the necessary information and click “Proceed to checkout”.
- We will email you within 3 business days on the date when you can claim your item.
- For orders that will be paid for in-store, we will only reserve the item 3 days from the confirmed date of pick-up.
- For items paid for via PayPal/DragonPay, exchanges can only be done through the webstore. Strictly no refunds in-store.
- To claim your order, please print the order invoice sent to your email and present a government issued ID for identification. The government issued ID, should match the name on the invoice.
